Role Overview
Own the operational performance of the 10-4 platform, ensuring seamless transactions, merchant onboarding, and product performance. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Merchant teams to identify issues and drive resolution.
What You Will Do
Lead onboarding and activation of new merchant partners, monitor merchant-level performance, and drive proactive improvements. Triage and prioritize product performance issues, leverage transaction data to diagnose and resolve issues, and establish repeatable processes for issue resolution.
