We are looking for friendly and service-oriented individuals to support daily centre operations and deliver a great customer experience!
What you’ll do

Front-desk customer service (students & parents)
Handle enquiries, registrations, scheduling & payments
Recommend suitable programmes & support enrolment
Assist in centre operations, events & workshops
Manage feedback and service recovery
What we’re looking for

Customer service / retail / education experience: a major plus
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Comfortable working on both weekends
Positive, outgoing & service-oriented personality
Able to work across island-wide centres if needed for operation needs
