Enterprise Sales Manager (Web3 / Crypto Data Infrastructure)

We are partnering with a fast-scaling, heavily backed open-source data infrastructure company focused on the Web3 and digital asset ecosystem. They are building the definitive real-time data engine for the decentralized web.

This isn’t a massive corporate machine. You will be joining a lean, small team of exceptionally smart people who value autonomy, high growth, and a genuine work-life balance. We are looking for a builder—someone with a true “0 to 100” startup mindset who can take ownership of the region and aggressively scale the commercial footprint from the ground up.

What You’ll Build

• Own the APAC Market: Drive the end-to-end go-to-market strategy across Southeast Asia, Australia, Japan, and emerging tech hubs.
• Leverage Your Network: Utilize your established relationships with top-tier Web3 exchanges, protocols, and digital asset platforms to generate immediate, high-quality opportunities.
• Bridge Business & Tech: Translate complex, open-source database architectures into high-value commercial solutions for technical and business stakeholders.
• Scale the Pipeline: Aggressively hunt and close complex B2B deals, acting as the commercial engine for the region.

Your Commercial & Technical DNA

• Deep Ecosystem Roots: You possess an active, proven network within the Web3, crypto, or digital assets space.
• Data Infrastructure Fluent: You have a solid understanding of data infrastructure, analytics databases, or real-time streaming architectures to lead technical discovery.
• Startup Operator: You thrive in ambiguity and possess a relentless, self-driven mentality to build revenue streams entirely from scratch.
• Proven Closer: 5+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience with a track record of closing complex technical deals.
