Regional Marketing Manager (APAC)-Lifescience

A globally renowned Manufacturer of academic, clinical research and pathology diagnostic equipment is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager (APAC).

Role

• Provide strategic regional marketing leadership across APAC, ensuring alignment with global and regional growth priorities.
• Own the Execution and localization of global NPI and campaign strategies in the APAC Region
• Lead and develop the APAC marketing team, setting clear objectives, driving accountability, and ensuring high-performance execution across regional initiatives.
• Oversee regional marketing execution including local web, advertising, social media, digital activation, public relations and demand generation programs.
• Support commercial readiness and execute regional go-to-market (GTM) activities for new products across the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion), ensuring timely and impactful product introductions.
• Drive the creation and continuous improvement of customer-facing content and sales enablement tools in collaboration with Sales and Applications teams for front-line sales and distributors.
• Lead APAC tradeshow and field marketing planning and execution to maximize brand visibility

Experience

• Degree, Medical Research, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or commercial roles in the Life or Material Science or medical research sector.
• Demonstrated experience in executing marketing campaigns, launching new products, and working with multicultural teams in a matrix organization
• Solid understanding of brand strategy, product positioning, and campaign development.
• Proficient in developing marketing content and enablement tools to support commercial teams.
