Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to support the company’s business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and potential corporate customers.
Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
Develop and maintain good business relationships with existing and potential customers.
Prepare marketing proposals, presentations and promotional materials.
Work closely with the sales, production and operations teams to understand customer requirements and provide suitable packaging solutions.
Coordinate customer visits, exhibitions, trade shows and other marketing activities.
Manage corporate branding, website content and digital marketing activities.
Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports for management.
Support management in developing market positioning and customer acquisition strategies.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in marketing, business development or B2B sales.
Experience in the manufacturing, packaging, electronics or precision engineering industry will be an advantage.
Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Good market research and analytical skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
