Role Description
The Key Account Manager role at Flexii is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. In this role, the Key Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client staffing needs, proposing tailored solutions using Flexii’s platform, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. The Key Account Manager will monitor account performance, analyze data to identify growth opportunities, and develop account plans to increase client satisfaction and retention. The role also involves resolving issues, conducting regular business reviews, and contributing insights to improve products and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong account management and key accounts experience, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Solid analytical skills and business planning capabilities to interpret data, forecast needs, and develop effective account strategies.
- Proven customer success skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and delivering a positive client experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present solutions and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, staffing, or HR tech environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Singapore and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Experience in strong upselling and cross-selling.
