About the Role
We are looking for a
User Experience Product Manager
to join a growing global consumer internet business in Singapore.
This role focuses on understanding users, identifying product and user experience pain points, and translating user insights into actionable product and business improvements.
Candidates from
Product Operations, User Operations, User Experience, Growth, or Product Analysis
backgrounds are welcome. A formal Product Manager title is
not required .
Approximately
20–30% of the role will involve direct user support/customer-service activities .
Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyze feedback, issues, and pain points from core online users and service providers.
Prepare user experience reports and actionable product or operational improvement proposals.
Experience the company’s products from a user’s perspective and identify opportunities to improve user experience and business growth.
Analyze target markets, user segments, and user behavior.
Research competitor products and identify potential areas for product improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to drive initiatives and improvements.
Proactively follow up on initiatives and communicate progress with business leaders.
Maintain frequent communication with senior management and business stakeholders.
Provide direct user support/customer-service assistance as part of the role.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience
in ToC/consumer internet product operations, user operations, user experience, growth, or product analysis.
Hands-on experience working with
consumer-facing internet products or applications .
Experience in
social platforms, live streaming, voice chat, stranger social, gaming, entertainment, or other consumer internet businesses
is highly preferred.
Strong ability to understand user needs, identify pain points, and propose practical improvements.
Strong communication, ownership, and execution skills.
Comfortable working across teams, regions, and functions.
Comfortable communicating frequently with business leaders and senior management.
English proficiency sufficient for working communication.
Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree from a strong university. Overseas

Candidates with a Master’s degree are welcome, but the Master’s degree does not replace the undergraduate education requirement.
