Executive, Business Operations.

The Executive, Business Operations supports the day-to-day running of short-term vehicle rental operations, ensuring smooth vehicle handover, accurate documentation and responsive customer service. This role combines front-line operational duties with administrative support for contracts, vehicle deployment and fleet records.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue rental agreements, ensuring accuracy of terms, rates, and customer details
• Process vehicle bookings, extensions, and returns for short-term hire customers
• Process down payments, and invoicing for rental transactions
• Liaise with customers on collection/return logistics, delays, and booking changes
• Escalate accident, breakdown, or damage cases to the relevant team promptly

About you

• 2 years’ experience in car rental, logistics or a customer-facing operations role preferred
• A valid Class 3 driving licence will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular); familiarity with fleet/booking systems a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills; comfortable liaising with customers and internal teams
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities by identifying issues, evaluating solutions, and making timely, informed decisions to ensure smooth operations (e.g., resolving booking conflicts within 24 hours and managing up to 15 vehicle handovers daily).
• Effective teamwork with time & task prioritization skills
