Our client is a large multinational healthcare distributor with a well-established commercial presence across Asia, partnering with leading pharmaceutical principals to drive product commercialisation and brand growth in key markets. They are seeking an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to join their Singapore healthcare team and take ownership of patient-facing digital marketing strategies across their pharmaceutical portfolio.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute patient activation and engagement strategies such as disease awareness, treatment initiation & adherence across the organisation’s key therapeutic areas. This involves planning and managing omnichannel digital campaigns across websites, patient portals, social media, SEM/SEO, email marketing, and mobile platforms, while maintaining consistent messaging and optimising performance based on data and patient insights.
A significant part of the role covers Patient Support Programs (PSPs) such as designing and enhancing digital components to improve patient enrolment, activation, and retention. You will develop patient-centric content in compliance with medical and regulatory guidelines, support the production of educational assets including videos and webinars, and leverage CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to drive personalised engagement and generate actionable insights. Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Legal teams is integral to the role.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is someone with minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience, ideally within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, medical devices, or consumer healthcare. You should have hands-on experience managing patient-focused digital campaigns and a solid working knowledge of omni-channel marketing, customer journey mapping, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is essential, along with an understanding of pharmaceutical promotional regulations and compliance requirements. Knowledge of AI and personalisation technologies will be an advantage.
