As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our market growth. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance our market presence and revenue stream.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop business relationships with prospective partners, IBs, and affiliates.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities for growth in the market.

• Use existing relationships with partners to generate new business.

• Represent the company during business trips to raise brand awareness and network with partners.

• Achieve and exceed monthly targets and contribute to the overall performance goals of the company.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in business development within the FX industry.
• Native/fluent in Chinese.
• Your own portfolio will be considered an advantage.
• Banking and PSP experience will be considered an advantage.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals and building long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Deep understanding of the financial market, knowledge of trading platforms, and technical aspects of Forex and CFD trading are a plus.
