Business Development Team Leader

Our member company is seeking a meticulous and motivated Business Development Team Leader to join the team In this role, you will play a critical part in a driving revenue growth, channel partner development, sales team performance, and market expansion initiatives while leveraging CRM analytics and stakeholder collaboration to deliver business targets and enhance customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and achieve sales, market share, and budget targets for Linde and Baoli Material Handling Equipment (MHE) solutions.
• Develop, manage, and grow distributor, channel partner, reseller, and dealer networks while coaching and leading the Baoli sales team to deliver results.
• Identify market opportunities, target industries, and sales strategies to expand new equipment, used trucks, and high-value product sales.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams on branding, inventory planning, sales enablement, customer engagement, and sustainability initiatives.
• Leverage CRM (SFDC) analytics, market intelligence, sales presentations, demonstrations, and training to drive informed decision-making and business performance.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering discipline or another relevant course
• 5 – 10 years of sales experience (preferably with channel management background)
• Experience in Singapore customer base; Logistics, Manufacturing, and/or Material Handling industries
• Excellent communications and negotiation skills, fluent in English
• A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
• Results driven, a passionate manager and good motivator
