Job Title: Key Account Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Business Expansion: Drive international networks business requirements for Telecom Operators and OTT (Over-the-Top) customers to achieve and exceed sales targets.

2. Solution Selling: Design customized marketing proposals and integrated product portfolios based on specific client networks needs; execute via a consultative sales approach.

3. Account Management: Deeply maintain existing and actively develop potential client relationships by leveraging the depth and breadth of the company’s business resources.

4. Demand Analysis: Identify and analyze customer pain points to guide future product development and resource planning.Identify client needs and guide product planning and resource allocation in line with company requirements

5. Responsible for establishing and maintaining good cooperative relationships with carriers, and expanding business channels.

Requirements

● Experience: 3-5+ years of relevant sales or partnership experience in the telecom industry, with substantial experience in international submarine cable sales

● Product Knowledge: Proficient in mainstream international network products such as Submarine cable, IEPL, Global Internet Access and Cloud,etc., and capable of delivering effective sales solutions.

● Client Network: Established business relationships with large-scale Internet enterprises; familiarity with their overseas requirements and a track record of closing related deals or solution partnerships is a plus.

● Industry Background: Previous experience working with international telecom carriers or the overseas business departments of Chinese domestic carriers is highly preferred.

● Soft Skills: Exceptional business negotiation skills, a keen ability to identify customer needs, and a strong capacity for self-reflection and continuous learning.

● Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of computer networks and communication systems. Familiarity with the global distribution of IDC, IX, and Submarine Cable resources.

● Resilience: High pressure tolerance and a willingness to travel as required.

● Language & Location: Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English. Candidates based in Singapore are preferred.

Salary：7-9k SGD + bonus
