Missions
Responsible for driving the growth and development of Pierre Fabre’s Oncology and Dermatology Medicalisation Plan in Singapore. Acts as a trusted partner for HCPs/HCOs by delivering high-quality, value-based engagements that support appropriate patient care, translating market insights into actionable business opportunities to deliver sustainable, sales-driven growth across both therapeutic areas.
Own and drive the growth of the assigned therapeutic portfolio, achieving sales targets. Formulate and execute short- and long-term territory business plans based on customer needs, market dynamics and business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and foster strong partnerships with KOLs and targeted customers, communicating the clinical value and appropriate utilisation of Pierre Fabre’s products.
- Deliver high-quality, value-adding customer engagements that enhance customer experience and support optimal patient care.
- Manage end-to-end account servicing, including order placement, product listings in hospitals, goods exchange, account follow-up and issue resolution.
- Proactively uncover actionable market insights from HCP/HCO engagements and work with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Monitor business performance against sales targets, identify gaps and proactively implement corrective actions to deliver sustainable growth.
- Maintain robust product, therapeutic area, customer and industry knowledge to optimise customer engagement planning and execution.
- Contribute actively to brand planning, customer strategy, forecasting, business reviews and other commercial initiatives.
- Leverage face-to-face, digital and omnichannel engagement approaches to deliver personalised, impactful customer experiences.
- Demonstrate integrity and ethical behaviour, working within legal, compliance, company policies and processes.
Qualifications
- This role requires strong specialty-care knowledge, commercial acumen, robust account management, stakeholder engagement and learning agility, with the ability to operate effectively across both Oncology and Dermatology.
- University degree, preferably in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Biology or another relevant scientific discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably with at least 2 years managing a specialty portfolio.
- Experience in Oncology and Dermatology is an added advantage.
