Assistant Sales Manager (HORECA Channel)

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to hire for an experienced Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager to drive business development and expand the company’s footprint across the hotel, restaurant and hospitality (HORECA) sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow new business opportunities across hotels, restaurants, cafés and other hospitality accounts

• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including F&B and procurement stakeholders

• Drive new customer acquisition while managing and growing existing accounts

• Identify market opportunities and develop sales strategies to increase brand presence and revenue

• Conduct product presentations, tastings and commercial negotiations with customers

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth account management and customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales / business development experience

• Strong experience selling into hotels, restaurants or the broader HORECA sector

• Existing relationships within the hospitality/F&B industry will be highly advantageous

• Proven track record in new business development and account management

• Experience within foodservice or FMCG would be a strong advantage

• Commercially driven, proactive and comfortable building a market and developing new accounts
