Payment Channel Partnership Specialist – SG(A206373)

Responsibilities

1. Research and identify key payment market trends and identify a pipeline of potential channel partners

2. Assist in the end-to-end partnership lifecycle: prospecting, negotiation, onboarding, activation, and ongoing performance management

3. Serve as a point of contact for existing partners, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and expansion of partnership scope

4. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and compliance teams to ensure partner integrations are technically sound and strategically aligned

5. Track and report on partnership OKRs, pipeline health, and contribution to business targets

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field

2. Entry level graduate or candidate with less than 3 years’ experience are encouraged to apply

3. Prior internship experience working in banks, fintech and payment service companies is strongly preferred

Preferred attributes

4. Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian languages is an advantage.

9. Resilient attitude for handling partnership challenges
