Pre-requisition:

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any field
• Minimum 1 -2 years‚Äô experience in SI environment
• Good sales presentation skills, communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and customer service oriented.

Job Description:

• Account & Domain-Centric Management
• Develop and service assigned clients‚Äô domain/account consisting of various government agencies
• Responsible for growing domain/account revenue and accountable to the assigned accounts within the FY and developing deep domain coverage and build close customer relationship of the domain assigned; updating customer profiling and market analysis of the domain accurately
• Continually engage and establish relationships with, stakeholders, customers and additionally, expand customers‚Äô profile and domain coverage
• Understanding customers‚Äô needs, coordinate proposals from presales and provide a concise quotation for their consideration.
• Follow up, expedite and liaise with customers in all matters relating to the projects, payment, renewal and events / training; ensure customers are satisfied with deliverables
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to determine a competitive target price for the domains bids Sales Operations Management
• Coordinate Tender Briefing and lead Bid Review with Presales
• Accountable for ensuring completion and quality of tender proposal in conjunction with pre-sales teams
• Preparation of quotations for customer‚Äôs reference for opportunities (BQ/RFI/RFP/ITQ/ITT)
• Track and ensure that timelines are met and updates are submitted to other functional teams
• Drive alignment with other functional teams and orchestrate appropriate resources for customer engagements
