Technical Sales Manager (Semiconductor Backend Materials)

Brief Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Technical Sales professional with a strong background in semiconductor backend manufacturing processes to foster business growth and enhance customer engagement within the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities:

• Drive technical sales and business development initiatives across multiple regions, including Singapore, Malaysia, India, the Philippines, and Europe.
• Expand the sales portfolio of existing semiconductor materials while exploring new material opportunities with clients.
• Collaborate with customers to assist in material selection, qualification, and application development linked to semiconductor backend processes.
• Coordinate efforts with internal technical and R&D teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements and successful project execution.
• Cultivate and strengthen professional relationships with leading semiconductor manufacturers and packaging service providers.

Requirements:

• Relevant educational background in a technical field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, and technical support within the semiconductor industry.
• Hands-on experience in semiconductor backend packaging processes specifically related to Epoxy Molding Compound (EMC).
• Direct involvement in material selection, customer qualification, molding process optimization, and providing technical support to customers.
• Demonstrated success in achieving technical sales milestones with semiconductor manufacturers and packaging firms.
