They are seeking a

Regional Marketing Manager

to shape and execute the regional marketing strategy across APAC, with primary responsibility for India, ASEAN, Australia and New Zealand.

This is a

high-visibility strategic marketing position

with direct influence on portfolio growth, profitability and overall business performance. Working closely with the Regional Commercial Director, regional sales teams and global marketing stakeholders, the successful candidate will translate market intelligence into clear commercial priorities and executable regional strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a commercially minded strategic marketer who can combine market insights, portfolio strategy and pricing expertise to drive measurable business outcomes.

Strong experience in strategic or regional marketing within specialty chemicals, ingredients or a related B2B sector.

Proven capability in

pricing, product portfolio management and market segmentation.

Experience using

market intelligence, competitor analysis and business insights to support decision-making.

A good understanding of how specialty ingredients are positioned and sold through technical and commercial value propositions.

Experience supporting product launches or market expansion initiatives.

The ability to work across multiple countries and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Strong commercial judgement, analytical ability and communication skills.

A relevant degree in business, marketing, chemistry or a related discipline.

Willingness to travel within the region.
