Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
Lead the product portfolio to achieve targeted sales revenue, profitability, and annual business goals
Monitor daily sales activities, budgets, and forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives through collaboration with relevant departments and team members
Manage and strengthen existing customer relationships while identifying and developing new customers and business opportunities for Wire and other product portfolios
Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies by analyzing market research, competitor activity, industry trends, and geopolitical developments to identify new markets, products, and business segments
Oversee timely collection of accounts receivable and coordinate with the Finance Department to resolve overdue payments
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, business rules, and applicable regulations in all sales activities
Deliver on annual goals and objectives and undertake other duties as assigned by management
