Sales/Business Development Consultant

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Consultant to take ownership of the Singapore market. While your core focus will be driving aggressive local business growth, you will operate within a dynamic international framework. You will lead sales cycles for Singaporean clients with our Vietnam-based development team and our Japanese HQ leadership.

Job responsibilities:

• Business Lead Generation: Proactively generate new leads independently and in collaboration with our Telemarketing team.
• Product Expertise: Build strong knowledge of our ERP solution and confidently deliver demos to showcase its value.
• Proposal Creation: Prepare quotations and business proposals based on client requirements.
• Sales Management: Monitor your sales pipeline and consistently drive towards achieving annual sales targets.

Requirements:

• A degree or higher qualification is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships in Business Development, Sales, or startup-related projects are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP or related sales roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suites.
• A driven and resilient individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
