Tiger® is looking for a Marketing Manager, Global Innovation to lead the development and execution of our innovation strategy and pipeline, driving the next generation of growth for one of Asia’s most iconic beer brands. This is a unique opportunity to influence innovation at a global scale, partnering with cross-functional teams across markets, regions, and global functions.
What You’ll Do
- Define and lead Tiger®’s multi-year innovation strategy, platforms, and priorities aligned with the global brand vision.
- Build and manage a winning innovation pipeline, from consumer insight and concept development through to commercialization.
- Identify emerging category, cultural, and consumer trends to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Partner closely with Brand, Innovation, Insights, R&D, Procurement, Regional and Market teams to bring innovations to life.
- Develop compelling business cases supported by consumer demand, market fit, and commercial impact.
- Build alignment with senior stakeholders and markets to accelerate decision-making and successful launches.
- Champion consumer-centric thinking, creativity, and commercial excellence across the innovation community.
What We’re Looking For
- Around 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Innovation, or related fields.
- Strong track record in developing and launching consumer-centric innovations.
- Experience in brand strategy, category development, consumer insights, or innovation management.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate insights into business growth opportunities.
- Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills across global and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
