Business Development Manager (Travel Agency)

Position: Travel Business Development Manager – MagiTrip

Salary: SGD5000-SGD6500

“We are looking for candidate with Travel Agency experiences”

*Work primarily from home, with approximately one on-campus meeting per week and on-site visits to meet with counterparts and clients

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the planning and execution of business initiatives to drive growth and innovation in travel products.
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence, build partnerships, and enhance brand recognition.
• Take ownership of the business P&L, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are optimized.
• Identify new opportunities for growth, market trends, and customer needs to inform business development.
• Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, partners, and clients effectively to achieve business objectives.
• Stay informed on industry developments and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing travel or related industry operations with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive projects independently.
• Business-oriented mindset with a focus on growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve problems proactively.
• Hands-on experience with resource management and partnership development.
