Account Manager (Service industry)

About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts, strengthening client relationships, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, and ensuring effective recruitment delivery. The role will also involve managing and mentoring a team of recruiters.

Roles& Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client requirements and concerns.
• Understand client business needs, hiring plans and workforce requirements.
• Develop strategies to grow existing accounts and increase revenue.
• Identify opportunities to expand services across different teams, departments and locations.
• Build relationships with multiple stakeholders within client organizations.
• Conduct regular client meetings and account reviews.
• Manage recruitment requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Support recruiters with sourcing, screening and recruitment strategies.
• Personally handle critical or senior recruitment requirements when required.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of recruiters.
• Allocate requirements and monitor team performance and productivity.
• Ensure recruitment quality, timelines and client expectations are met.
• Resolve client and delivery-related issues effectively.
• Develop account plans and identify opportunities for long-term account growth.
