About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager based in Singapore to identify and develop relationships with international brands and regional business partners. The role is suited to professionals who understand cross-border business development, international consumer brands, regional market expansion, and strategic partnership development.

Responsibilities

• Identify promising international fashion, beauty, fragrance, wellness, and lifestyle brands.
• Develop relationships with founders, executives, regional teams, and commercial stakeholders.
• Evaluate potential China-market and APAC growth opportunities.
• Support early-stage business and partnership discussions.
• Identify relevant market-entry and category-development opportunities.
• Conduct basic market and competitor assessments.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential international brand partners.
• Support selected cross-border growth projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, international business, partnerships, account management, or commercial development.
• Experience with fashion, beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, retail, or premium consumer brands is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and commercial capabilities.
• Experience working across multiple markets is highly valued.
• Strong professional English communication skills are required.
