We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Devt Executive or Account Management to join our team.
Zenith Interiors Pte Ltd specializing in commercial furniture sales. As a Business Development Executive or Account Management, the person will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting our extensive range of commercial furniture products, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the commercial sector, including businesses, offices, hotels, and other relevant establishments.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions based on their requirements.
- Build relationships with Architects & Designers in the commercial sector as well as project managers to introduce the business & geng specified in projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including designers and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our commercial furniture products to clients, highlighting their quality, functionality, and design.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients.
- Negoate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, aiming to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Foster and maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Organize and attend gatherings or networking events to expand the client base and promote our brand.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall sales growth and profitability of the company.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of sales experience in building materials, furniture, or related industries preferred.
- Previous sales experience in the commercial furniture industry or related field would be advantageous.
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of commercial furniture products, materials, designs, and applications would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with design and space planning concepts is a plus.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
