What you’ll Do
- Employ Salesforce and SAP (ECC, CC, and CI) in capturing enterprise opportunities and contracts to guarantee accurate downstream invoicing and revenue recognition via meticulous manual and semi‑automated methods.
- Actively review sales pipeline and corresponding deal information to anticipate potential booking issues or negative customer experience impact, and work to resolve during the deal negotiation process.
- Conduct weekly reconciliations and other oversight activities to ensure accurate revenue booking/recording using Excel and Power BI reports.
- Work with cross‑geo/organizational teams in the department on data management, innovation, and integration for improved efficiencies.
- Work cross‑functionally with Adobe Departments (Deal Desk, Revenue Assurance, Sales ops, Credit, Legal, Sales, Product Delivery (Provisioning), Professional Services, Tax, Sales Finance, etc.), Enterprise Customers, and Partners.
- Support increased workload and hours when required (i.e., month/quarter end).
What you need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you need to possess the following skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in a business field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel – meticulous, committed, adaptable, and inquisitive
- Proficiency in information management tools such as SAP (ECC, CC), Salesforce, SharePoint, or comparable analytical and information management software
- Revenue Operations process experience preferred. Proven ability to apply strong analytical reasoning to evaluate complex agreements and resolve issues independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer‑focused communication skills
- Background in a position displaying adept time management abilities, skilled in evaluating workloads and reorganizing priorities as circumstances shift.
- Preferred Skills: Demonstrated ability to use AI tools responsibly and recommend improvements to reduce manual effort and drive efficiency.
Expected Pay Range
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $63,800—$151,950 annually.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short‑term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non‑sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short‑term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long‑term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
