Salesforce Developer for Legal Platform

Salary: $75,000 – 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require fluent spoken and written English.
• We require a computer running Windows 10 or 11.
• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• We require proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, ideally within legal environments.
• We require hands-on proficiency with Salesforce tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• We value strong analytical problem-solving ability and effective communication skills.
• Salesforce certifications are preferred.
• We require 1 year of Salesforce experience.
• English is required.

Responsibilities:

• We maintain and enhance our Salesforce-based legal platform so it continues to support business needs.
• We build custom functionality, including automated workflows and tailored forms.
• We work with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• We safeguard system performance, security, and smooth release updates.
• We train and support users and keep system-change documentation thorough and up to date.
• We stay current on Salesforce technologies and best practices.

We are the Alvandi Law Group, and we are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to improve our custom-built legal operating platform on Salesforce. This is a full-time remote/hybrid role with working hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. The position is based in a remote/hybrid setup, with work location noted as hybrid remote in Newport Beach, CA 92660, and the pay range is $75,000 to $100,000 per year.
