Envestnet is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Lead – Segmentation and Data to join our Wealth Sales department.

Job Summary
The Senior Revenue Operations Lead supports the Go-To-Market organization by delivering accurate, timely, and actionable insights that inform sales and revenue strategy. This role works directly with business stakeholders to translate questions into analysis and provide clear, decision-ready insights. The role primarily queries and analyzes data from existing models and tables to support reporting, segmentation, and performance analysis. While strong technical skills are required, this is not a data engineering role. This position partners closely with Data Engineering and Development teams that own data architecture and pipelines. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working directly with business leaders, translating complex questions into analysis, and delivering insights, not just building reports.

Job Responsibilities
- Data, Segmentation, & Targeting
- Translate business questions into data requirements and analytical approaches.
- Write and maintain queries against existing datasets to support reporting and analysis.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations leaders to support lead generation and sales-driven campaigns.
- Develop and maintain segmentation frameworks used for targeting, prioritization, and campaign execution.
- Analyze pipeline, lead, and advisor data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Provide clear insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Monitor data quality and proactively identify inconsistencies or usability issues.
- Partner with CRM administrators, Data Engineering, and Development teams to resolve upstream data issues.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Analytics teams to ensure alignment across systems and reporting.
- Reporting & Performance Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI to track sales performance, pipeline health, and campaign outcomes.
- Deliver timely insights to support campaign strategy and GTM planning.
- Support end-to-end reporting for sales-driven campaigns, including list intake, lead distribution, and performance analysis.
- Operational Support
- Document and improve reporting, segmentation, and campaign workflows.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve visibility for Sales leadership.
- Support ongoing improvements to sales operations tools, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
- Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
- As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet’s established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a related analytical function
- Strong SQL skills for querying existing datasets
- Extensive experience with Power BI, Snowflake, AWS, Salesforce, and other related tools
- Experience analyzing revenue related data (pipeline, bookings, ARR, churn, conversions)
- Ability to translate business questions into accurate, efficient SQL queries
- Experience working with complex, imperfect data sets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, supporting lead generation or sales-driven campaigns.
- Familiarity with Sales workflows, pipeline management, and GTM operations.
- Strong communicator who can explain data to non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving business questions.
- Detail-oriented but pragmatic, focused on insights that drive action

Salary
The annual base salary range for this position is $116,000 to $145,000.
