Role Description

Project Managers are responsible for bringing all aspects of our Marketing & Sales projects to life. They ensure that all deliverables align with the scope and budget outlined in the SOW or contract, while keeping clients satisfied through clear communication and exceptional service. In addition, they continuously drive process improvements and manage client expectations to achieve successful outcomes.

  Responsibilities:

• Manage all facets of assigned projects to ensure on-time delivery, budget compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Lead project kick-off (‚Äúonboarding‚Äù) meetings to align stakeholders, establish timelines, and define roles, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Conduct regular status meetings, maintaining and distributing project tracking reports for both internal and external stakeholders; proactively communicate milestone risks or scope changes.
• Oversee project flow across content, editorial, production, digital, and email teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and clear communication.
• Provide project updates and deliverable details to team members, ensuring alignment with client requirements and evolving project scope.
• Implement and manage digital deliverables through content management systems and other tools.
• Conduct quality reviews of deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project specifications.
• Monitor and track project revenue, coordinating with Accounting to update budgets and financial records as needed.
• Manage digital components of project deliverables, including email deployments, digital assets, and document postings.
• Document processes and contribute to the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to continuously grow skills.
• Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned.¬†
• Participate in on-going training and development programs.¬†
