The Challenge

OneTrust is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex product and feature releases across the organization, in partnership with Product Operations. This role ensures launches are delivered on time, clearly communicated, and aligned to broader go-to-market (GTM) strategies. The Product Marketing Manager for Go-to-Market will drive operational excellence, resolve cross-functional dependencies, and bring structure and rigor to OneTrust’s fast-moving release environments.

Your Mission

Release Strategy & Execution

  • Own end-to-end marketing release management for multiple concurrent launches, from early planning through post-release evaluation
  • Develop and maintain integrated release plans, timelines, milestones, and readiness criteria
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring field and customer facing deliverables are simple, value-centric and actionable
  • Ensure alignment between product development schedules and marketing GTM plans
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and constraints; drive mitigation plans to keep releases on track

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing release readiness, partnering closely with Product Management, Product Operations, Marketing, Enablement, Sales and Customer Success
  • Facilitate release reviews, launch readiness checkpoints, and go/no-go decisions
  • Drive clarity on roles, deliverables, and ownership across launch stakeholders

Operational Excellence

  • Define and evolve marketing release management processes, tools, and best practices to scale with the business
  • Create standardized launch frameworks, playbooks, and templates to improve speed and consistency
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely handoff of launch assets across channels

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain executive-ready visibility into launch status, risks, and outcomes
  • Act as a calm, trusted operator during high-visibility or high-pressure launches

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with marketing and analytics teams to define launch success metrics
