Chief Product Marketing Officer

Paychex is seeking a Senior Product Marketing leader to shape the commercial strategy for a multi-product HCM platform in the United States. You will define ICPs, pricing and packaging, and go-to-market plans, partnering with Product, Sales, Finance, and Enablement to win in a competitive market.

You will build and lead a Product Marketing team, translate market signals into evidence-based recommendations, and drive market-facing initiatives that transform how Paychex delivers value to customers.
