Paycom – ATS is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for the Cullman Regional Medical Center in Cullman, AL. You will direct daily operations of the Medical Group Call Center and Physician Billing teams, ensuring staffing, service quality, and results align with organizational goals.

You will supervise staff, partner with HR on hiring and corrective actions, coordinate workflows with physician practices, and deliver timely reports to leadership.
