Director of Demand Generation & Revenue Operations

We’re seeking a visionary Director of Demand Generation & Revenue Operations to lead our revenue growth strategy. In this pivotal role, you’ll architect and execute an integrated, data-driven marketing strategy that drives pipeline growth, improves conversion efficiency, and maximizes return on marketing investment. You’ll operate at the intersection of marketing, sales, and business development, building scalable acquisition engines while implementing systems that deliver predictable, measurable revenue growth. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you’ll have ownership of demand generation, performance marketing, and revenue operations infrastructure across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Own and execute enterprise-wide demand generation strategy across multiple business lines
  • Build and scale full-funnel acquisition programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue
  • Develop and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, social, and outbound channels
  • Continuously improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates and pipeline velocity through rigorous testing and optimization

Revenue Operations & Infrastructure

  • Design and implement attribution models and reporting frameworks to track marketing impact on revenue
  • Lead CRM strategy and optimization, including Salesforce architecture, reporting, and automation
  • Establish pipeline visibility and forecasting capabilities for executive decision-making
  • Align marketing and business development through shared metrics and processes

Performance Marketing & Paid Media

  • Oversee paid media investment across channels including LinkedIn, Meta, search, and programmatic
  • Optimize CAC, LTV, and ROI through rigorous testing, analytics, and strategic budget allocation
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure performance and cost efficiency

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Build and mentor a team of high-performing demand generation and revenue operations professionals as the function grows
  • Partner closely with business development leadership to ensure alignment on pipeline targets and conversion strategy
  • Collaborate with product, services, technology, and executive stakeholders to support growth initiatives
  • Drive a culture of accountability, performance measurement, and continuous optimization
  • Own the marketing and revenue technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
  • Leverage data to inform strategy, optimize campaigns, and improve client acquisition
  • Identify and implement systems that improve scalability while reducing operational costs

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or revenue operations
  • Proven track record of driving significant pipeline and revenue growth through integrated marketing strategies
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, paid media, and acquisition strategy
  • Strong experience with CRM and marketing technology platforms, particularly Salesforce, email platforms, and marketing automation tools
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution modeling, ROI analysis, and data-driven decision-making

Preferred Experience

  • Background in financial services, fintech, or complex B2B environments
  • Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-business line organizations
  • Familiarity with B2B, B2B2C, advisor, or enterprise sales models
  • Full-time position with a standard 40-hour work week
  • Hybrid schedule: 4 days on-site in Austin, Texas and 1 day remote
  • Flexible hours as needed based on business requirements
  • Regular verbal and written communication with cross-functional teams
  • Standard office environment with computer and technology equipment
  • Varying levels of physical activity including extended periods of sitting, walking, and occasional lifting of office equipment
