As we enter our next stage, we are seeking a proven, strategic, and hands‑on Chief Growth Officer to accelerate our top‑line revenue and guide us toward a bold future. Role Overview

The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will be responsible for driving agency growth through strategic planning, pipeline development, client acquisition, and innovative business‑building initiatives across both our traditional division as well as our interactive division, iFactory. This leader will function both as strategist and doer. They must be equally comfortable creating a long‑term growth roadmap and rolling up their sleeves to execute the daily tactics required to win new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated experience setting up and managing systems such as CRMs and other tools to provide frequent and detailed reporting.
  • Develop and lead a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with agency goals.
  • Build and manage a high‑performing growth engine, including talent recruitment and team development.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across RDW / iFactory’s core verticals.
  • Leverage existing relationships and a personal book of business to accelerate revenue lift.
  • Engage external partners, specialists, and consultants to support growth initiatives.
  • Oversee and refine the agency’s positioning, marketing, and sales processes.
  • Collaborate with agency leadership on forecasting, service expansion, and long‑term planning.
  • Lead by example by actively participating in outreach, presentations, proposals, and pitching.
  • Plan and attend critical conferences.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success driving 15% or more annual growth for an agency at or above the $10M revenue level. Prior experience as an agency principal, director‑level growth leader, or similar senior role.
  • Strong background in healthcare, government, energy, not‑for‑profit, and higher education preferred.
  • Digital strategy, digital marketing, or digital product expertise strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to ramp up quickly, execute decisively, and deliver measurable results.
  • A builder’s mindset, comfortable establishing systems, recruiting talent, and scaling operations.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and leadership abilities.
  • Northeast‑based candidates preferred.
