Senior Product Marketing Manager

On Site Full TimeLawrenceville, United StatesSigil Partners

Location: Atlanta, GA Area

Compensation: $120,000–$130,000 base salary, with potential flexibility

A growing B2B software company is hiring its first dedicated Product Marketing professional to help shape how its products are positioned, launched, and understood in the market.

This is not a role for someone who wants to oversee a large team or hand execution to others. We’re looking for a hands-on product marketer who can move comfortably between strategy and execution — developing positioning one day, preparing a product launch the next, and working directly with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Demand Generation, and external partners throughout the process.

What You’ll Own

You’ll become the primary connection between Product and Marketing, developing a deep understanding of the platform, its customers, and the business problems it solves.

A major early priority will be supporting a significant brand and product repositioning initiative. You’ll help determine how the company’s evolving solutions are presented to both existing customers and a growing market of smaller businesses currently relying on more generic financial and back-office tools.

You’ll also lead the marketing strategy around approximately three to four thematic product releases each year. Rather than promoting individual features in isolation, you’ll help package related capabilities into meaningful stories built around customer challenges, buyer personas, and market opportunities.

Your work will include:

  • Building product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and buyer-focused narratives
  • Leading go-to-market planning for new products, features, and thematic releases
  • Supporting a major rebrand and product repositioning initiative
  • Developing sales enablement materials, launch resources, presentations, and internal training
  • Conducting customer, market, and competitive research to sharpen differentiation
  • Partnering with Product Management to translate technical capabilities into clear business value
  • Working with Demand Generation to turn product strategy into targeted campaigns
  • Equipping Sales and Customer Success with messaging that improves customer conversations
  • Managing outside agencies and vendors while critically evaluating their work
  • Contributing directly to content, campaigns, web initiatives, and other marketing projects when needed

What We’re Looking For

You should bring approximately5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with substantial hands-on responsibility for product marketing.

Strong candidates will have personally owned product launches and go-to-market initiatives and have meaningful experience developing positioning and messaging. Experience participating in a rebrand, repositioning effort, or major market expansion is especially valuable.

We’re particularly interested in people who have worked within startups, growth-stage businesses, or smaller marketing organizations where they had to operate independently and wear multiple hats.

Experience marketing complex financial, accounting, ERP, payments, workforce, business intelligence, or other vertical SaaS products can translate well.

Most importantly, you should be comfortable building rather than inheriting. This is an opportunity to establish a product marketing capability, influence how an evolving SaaS platform goes to market, and personally own work that will have direct visibility across Product, Marketing, Sales, and executive leadership.

This position requires two days per week onsite in the Atlanta area. Remote-only candidates cannot be considered.
