This is not a plug-and-play position — you’ll roll up your sleeves, build systems, earn trust, and drive measurable growth while maintaining a clinical presence.

• You are a Board Certified Primary Care Physician

Compensation & Benefits

\n

• Base salary target $250,000 (up to $300,000 for the right candidate)
\n • Health insurance (Florida Blue)

\n • 403(b) with 3% base contribution + 6% employer match
