Cocoon is seeking an Associate Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO to scale US operations, own people & talent, and run key business functions. You will help establish the first US facilities, coordinate with our UK team, and drive critical strategic projects.
The role offers high visibility, broad ownership, and a clear growth path as we expand across the US and Europe, with travel expected 1–2 weeks per month.
