Manage a subsidiary with 35 employees, advise management on People topics, and develop People Operations processes. Focus on HR system Personio, automation, AI, and Reward & Compensation.
What You Will Do
Manage HR topics, advise management, analyze and optimize People Operations processes, manage Personio, identify automation potential, evaluate AI use cases, and manage Reward & Compensation.

Several years of experience in HR Business Partner, People Operations, or comparable role, experience with HR systems, good understanding of HR processes, and structured working style.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in HR Business Partner, People Operations, HR Operations, or comparable role
- Experience with HR systems, ideally with Personio, as a Power User or Admin
- Good understanding of HR processes, data quality, and scalable system logic
- Experience in the field of Reward & Compensation or a solid foundation to further develop the topic responsibly
- Structured, analytical, and practical working style, as well as seniority to drive topics independently
- Very good German and good English skills
