Requirements
- A minimum of 15 to 20 years of progressive experience delivering IT portfolio services in Capital Markets or related financial services domains.
- Proven track record as a direct P&L owner managing sizable client portfolios valued at $50 million or more.
- Expertise in selling a broad spectrum of IT services, including Cloud Solutions, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure Services, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity.
- Consistent achievement and often exceeding sales targets for revenue, bookings, and operating margins in highly competitive environments.
- Strong familiarity with global delivery models and ability to navigate complex organizational structures within client companies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, coupled with agility to adapt in dynamic market conditions.
