Leads the commercial strategy for industrial oats, managing key relationships and ensuring sustainable growth in sales, profitability, and market share.
What You Will Do
Design and implement commercial strategies for sales growth and profitability, manage relationships with industrial clients, and prepare and follow up on sales budgets and commercial forecast.

Must have experience in commercial positions in food and/or grains, negotiation, forecast, financial indicators, and inventory management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in commercial positions in food and/or grains
- Experience in industrial sales, major wholesale, and key accounts
- Knowledge in negotiation, forecast, financial indicators, and inventory management
- Must have experience in: Crop Farming & Agriculture Production, Manufacturing – Food Processing (Meat/Poultry/Seafood), Manufacturing – Bakery & Confectionery
