Role Overview
Leads the commercial transformation, professionalizing processes and accelerating growth in sales of complex technological solutions, with a focus on results and high exposure to the General Management.
What You Will Do
Define and execute the comprehensive commercial strategy, assigning quotas and income projections. Lead, train, and evaluate Marketing, SDRs, Channels, BDMs, and Sales Admin teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree completed and MBA in commercial or technological areas.
- 8+ years leading commercial areas in technology B2B companies (SaaS, cybersecurity, software).
- 8+ years of proven experience in consultative sales of complex technological solutions.
- Advanced mastery of CRM (HubSpot or others) and Revenue Operations management.
- Must have experience in: Tech – B2B Enterprise SaaS (ERP/CRM/HRIS), Tech – Cybersecurity Services (MSSP/Pen Testing)
