Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Account Manager with a true service first and analytical mindset to join our team. This is a varied and challenging role where you’ll build strong relationships with our restaurant partners and help them thrive on Wolt.
What You Will Do
Manage the overall restaurant relationship post-onboarding, conduct strong analysis of portfolio performance, and provide analytical after-sales support to improve partner performance.

Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of success in account management or B2B sales with clear commercial impact
- Strong analytical judgment
- Excellent relationship building and communication across a wide range of stakeholders
- High ownership and reliability
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
