Key Account Manager (KAM) plays a critical role in driving sustainable business growth at Clorox, leading relationships with strategic customers in the Supermarkets channel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry managing Supermarket and direct experience managing Walmart and Cencosud.
- Proven track record of owning commercial targets and delivering results.
- Strong understanding of forecasting, trade spend management, and NRM fundamentals.
- Experience working with syndicated data (Nielsen, POS, Retail Link).
- Intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong ability to influence customers and internal stakeholders using data-driven insights.
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset with a growth mentality.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
