Role Overview
The Training & Enablement Manager will own how we train, onboard, and enable our people. This is a hands-on role where you will personally build training materials, facilitate live sessions, maintain documentation, measure onboarding effectiveness, and continuously improve the employee learning experience.
What You Will Do
Run onboarding cohorts, own 30-, 60-, and 90-day ramp plans, build and maintain training content, know Workstreet’s processes, maintain documentation, measure and improve onboarding effectiveness, facilitate engaging training sessions, and partner cross-functionally.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in training, enablement, learning and development, or a similar function
- Experience in compliance, GRC, consulting, or professional services
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks
- Experience with learning management and content creation tools
- Experience with GRC platforms
- Instructional design experience
- Experience building a training function
- People leadership experience
