Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for accurately responding to customer requirements, building strong working relationships with the ISR team, and maintaining a strong working knowledge of strategic OEM products and services.

Responsibilities include responding to customer requests, building and maintaining relationships, and leveraging product promotions and rebate incentives.

Requirements
- B.A., Business, Finance or other related field or equivalent work experience within the IT industry
- Minimum 5+ years of sales and or sales support/operations experience in the information Technology industry
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in global business
- Candidates with prior experience of creating CISCO HW BOMs on CCW
- Excellent vendor/customer relationship development skills
- Excellent business analysis capabilities and experience
- Ability to analyze reports as a basis for making business decisions
- Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and/or with a team with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
