Strategic Account Manager – Latam role is responsible for managing customer success, upselling, cross-selling, and retention of ICT software in Latin America. The role requires building trusted relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities for expansion.

Requirements

  • Manage and nurture customer relationships post-sale, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
  • Upsell and cross-sell ICT software solutions to existing clients, identifying new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the ICT team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve our software and services.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues and queries.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with clients, showcasing the value of our software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support new business opportunities and client onboarding.
  • Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to clients, highlighting key achievements.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service excellence.
