Product Operations Specialist

Role Overview

As a Product Operations Specialist at Xcel Energy, you will perform operational activities related to customer products, ensuring accurate and timely processing of work. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with other teams and providing support for various operational activities.

Your responsibilities will include processing applications, performing peer reviews, responding to customer inquiries, and providing support for other operational activities. You will also identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Ability to comprehend technical aspects of products
• Demonstrated job performance and good verbal and written skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience working in customer service or operations related field preferred
• Knowledge of Xcel Energy processes and systems is preferred
• 10-key typing ability is preferred
• Good analytical skills and organization skills is strongly preferred
