Director GTM Execution (12 Months FTC)

Role Overview

As the GTM Director for the UK, you will drive the strategic execution of go-to-market initiatives across the region during a 12-month parental leave cover. Acting as the critical link between product development and commercial teams including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, you will lead regional alignment, oversee strategic programmes, and ensure major product launches deliver on commercial objectives.

What You Will Do

Define, evolve, and execute the UK GTM strategy and operating model across regional commercial events and regulatory deadlines. Lead cross-functional alignment forums across Sales, Marketing, Product, and CX teams to drive shared accountability and clear decision-making. Oversee the UK GTM roadmap using tools like Asana while leveraging AI technology such as Claude to streamline delivery and cross-team communication.

Requirements

• Strategic leadership experience driving complex, multi-regional GTM programmes and commercial launches within SaaS or technology environments.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills, with a track record of aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams around shared outcomes.
• Broad commercial acumen combined with comfortable decision-making ability in ambiguous or fast-paced situations.
• Familiarity with modern project portfolio management tools such as Asana or Jira to keep workstreams transparent and organized.
• Curiosity and practical experience using AI tools to boost efficiency, streamline reporting, and improve daily workflows.
• Exceptional communication abilities, suited to synthesizing progress, risks, and recommendations for executive leadership and steering committees.
