Role Overview
Partner Manager will lead the Partner RFQ initiative, managing a portfolio of manufacturing partners, and driving continuous improvement in the Partner RFQ platform. The role involves developing strong relationships with partners, understanding their capabilities and concerns, and ensuring they are engaged and performing.
What You Will Do
The Partner Manager will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with hand-selected partners, understanding their capabilities, concerns, and feedback, and driving continuous improvement in the Partner RFQ platform. They will also conduct quarterly business reviews with partners to assess performance against key metrics.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of direct experience working with machine shops and manufacturing partners
- Deep understanding of machine shop operations, capabilities, and manufacturing processes
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with external manufacturing stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and metrics interpretation
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence across functions
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, Excel, and business analytics tools
