Xplor is looking for motivated sales professionals to join their Direct Sales team. The role is commission-only and requires a minimum of 2 years of business-to-business outside sales experience. The job involves going door-to-door or visiting local businesses to offer payment processing solutions and educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
